We’ve got 2 scrimmage tracks and a separate full-time challenges
track this year, plus the training & workshops schedule is going to
knock your skates off - featuring over 52 seminars already with
classes like:
- injury prevention led by a doctor
- eating to train for derby led by a nutritionist
- proper fitting of safety gear by a man who makes them
and on and off skates training at ALL levels, including LOTS of
ADVANCED CLASSES by the best in the world.

Our biggest complaint last year was that there was too much to do and
too many people doing it. This year there is twice as much to do and
3x as many places to do it in… so choose judiciously because there
won’t be long lines to change your mind!
